Yes, the RAT. Rats are very lucky in Asian cultures. They are clever and considered good to have around.
We had fun with the Activity Day girls here last week. We sang I Am a Child of God in Mandarin, learned about lucky red and yellow. We also made cards to send to our old branch in Penang. Hopefully we will become penpals. The best part was eating rice and potstickers with only chopsticks. The girls also got to take home a red lantern and an Ang Pow envelope.

Sounds like good old fashioned fun! I hope you're feeling better. :)
And thanks for hosting that. Hayleigh still talks about it, and has asked that we put pot-stickers and rice with soy sauce on the menu soon.
